I have no problems with the circumstances surrounding the Hatton fight, at the end of the day Mayweather was at 147 by then and I see no reason for him to have to come down in weight to face a challenger. Its credit to Hatton for not only going up to face him, but actually moving up and competing in that weight class first.

On Tszyu, in fairness Mayweather probably should have faced him before Hatton did at 140, since it would have been a megafight between the two best fighters around that weight. I think at one time Mayweather always planned to face Tszyu, but when he moved to LW from 130 he found that it wasn't as easy as he had anticipated and that put the brakes on it a little bit. It would have been great if it had happened and would also have been arguably Mayweather's career best victory to this day had he won, but we all know that circumstances often get in the way of what the fans want.

Don't blame Floyd for the Zoo fight not happening.

It was Zoo that claimed he wanted to fight the best..then chose Hatton

Floyd didn't put the brakes on ****..Zoo didn't even have the balls to avenge his brutal KO loss to Vince Phillips...so I'll give Floyd the benefit of the doubt.

Floyd called out Zoo(Shane and Oscar too) after the Brusseles fight.

You're right Floyd did call out Tszyu after the Bruseles fight, and I wish it had happened straight after Gatti, but i think at one time Floyd had the plan to motor through those guys but I think some of the slight difficulties he had at LW, when he had hand problems caused him to take it a little slower at 140, facing Corley and Bruseles. I think at one time he wouldn't have bothered and would have gone straight for the top guys.

Kostya couldn't beat Floyd. Once Floyd got Kostya tired, Kostya would be done. That right hand would never hurt Floyd. Floyd nulified his opponents most dangerous punch in every big fight he had. Floyd goes right to the pit of your stomach and then goes to work. Kostya most likely would go the distance...

I remember reading an article where Floyd went on the record to say something about "waiting till Tszyu was old in order to fight him, that way he can see how it feels" It had something to do with Tszyu beating Roger Mayweather towards the end of Rogers career.
