How Popular would boxing be if all fighters fought like Mexicans?

Think about it. If all the boxers in the world went into the ring with the aggression of mexican fighters how popular would it be? It would surely be on network TV. Ratings would be through the roof. NEWSFLASH, people want to see fighters who have no regard for human life. They want kos and punching. The networks have no regard for cowardly fighting. This is what kills boxing.

Nobody would be learning fundamentals anymore, those guys fight like that because they didint get the chance to develop, mexicos lack of an amatuer program makes it hard to hone your strengths and weaknesses, often times after about 2 or 4 early losses, guys start coming into their own, but they are usually fighting against guys who are smimilar to the them. Without different styles, without brilliant head movement, without defense, without elite counterpunching, we would all be bored of the same type of fight all the time with the same styles, i dont see how that does anything other than what people like the UFC for.

boxing would be a whole lot more popular as it would have a lot more exposure. i dont mind all the different styles because its a part of boxing but i dont think there's any doubt that boxing would be a lot more popular with the general public because people love excitement. People love aggression! while hardcore fans are more tolerant of different styles even if they hate it they at least accept it...

Boxing would be much better without the runners, I agree.

I remember how I couldn't watch the Taylor vs. Stinks fight without wanting to fall asleep, it was DULL.
