I don't think you can, but why worry? Irish have had a bad reputation for several hundred years, and I know it doesn't go back before that.

About the only thing it's useful for is in telling when you're dealling with a true bag of ****, and then only occasionally. For example, if a guy has a few thousand posts, has been a member for 3 or 4 years, yet has a solid line of red and a 0...it's at least a moderately safe bet that he's not worth even talking to. Otherwise, I don't pay any attention to it, especially in newer members. It actually seems a little silly to me, though I will hand out green K sometimes, and I try to do it more often than I have in the past.
