Who has more "SKILL"? Margarito or Williams?

Not sure Williams has mostly faced **** opponents and just outworked them. Id go with Margarito his "skill" may seem crude to some but his gameplan works when he executes it. Neither guy has good defense but its on purpose for Marg.

both have no defense. both throw alot of punches, williams' maybe look a little straighter. Get them fighting inside and margarito's skill out does williams skill 24/7.
