    Im New Here

    whats goin on people. i been looking far and wide for a boxing forum that was active and had a large community and ive found it. ive just started training and every thing is coming along great but i have to force myself to do roadwork and eat six times a day. im gonna enjoy this. can someone give me tip on on how to improve my running endurance? thanks

      To improve endurance, run 40-50 KMs a week.

          Post any training stuff in the relevant forum, that might be a start.

          Oh yeah, and steer clear of NSB if you want to maintain any reasonable level of intellect. We are all pretty much morons in here.
