Plain and simple knowledge Oscar won't struggle to make weight he doesn't have a large frame or is really muscular.All he has to burn off is the the between fight retirement gut, and everyone knows burning fat is alot easier then burning off muscle. Look at Rjj going back down to fight Tarver, look at Tarver going back down to fight Bernard. These guys had to burn off alot of muscle and it killed them.
