definately. I don't think he could change his entire style even if he wanted to. Ricky doesn't strike me as being very adaptable. I will be very interested to see how he starts against paulie.

since NOBODY is interested in DLH-Mayweather 2 plus their styles would NEVER make for an action packed fight.....(Larry Merchant said it bestwhen callin' the DLH-Mayweather fight when he referred to their fight as high speed chess) why not throw Hatton a couple of bones to chew on.....rebuild the myth, throw Floyd Sr. in the mix.......that sounds like Hatton-Mayweather 2 (145 catch weight) in the UK.....adding Floyd Sr. makes the fight appealing to the U.S. and hardcore fans world wide..... I bet this was Oscar's plan......

in a positive sense at least Hatton hasnt (if its true) gone for a "yes man" type trainer. I think it this point in his career you can change very little but I think if he could tweak his defence and if there is still enough petrol in the tank ricky might have two or three fights left in him.

Who else do people see him going with? Buddy McGirt? I mean he extended Gatti's career by making him box, and Ricky isnt a bad boxer he choices ...not to....

The theory about Mayweather Hatton 2 was an interesting one....

taklking of future fights Amir Kahn has talked about moving up, now that would be funny...

It'd be good to see a training session if Hatton and de la Hoya were sparring. I doubt they will, but you never know.

What the **** is everyone moaning about????????

Floyd Snr is a good choice! Hatton needs to stop getting hit!! his defence needs polishing, especially from them lefthooks.

Hatton does not need a Billy Graham Mark II whos' basically trained Hatton to walk into punches.

If anything Hatton needs to stop getting hit, he's mastered the art of pressure fighting, now he needs to work on his defense and boxing.

                    Floyd Snr all the way!

I dunno how it will work from a boxing perspective but shouldnt this be a 24 hour reality show? The idea of Mayweather Sr in Manchester with Ricky and his gym mates cracks me up
