He has become one because of his poor stamina in his old age but prime Hopkins was by no means a boring fighter.

Hopkins was always a boring, defensive-minded fighter.

He always did a lot of holding, rabbit-punching and always used head butts. He had to do this to compensate for his lack of talent.

Hopkins fights like John Ruiz...He's very dirty and he holds, hugs and headbutts his way to ugly boring decisions.

I voted no, because even though he can be dreadful now, he used to be great to watch and has fabulous technique. He still has flashes of excitement (1st round of Calzaghe, some other moments in the Tarver fight, some against Taylor and Winky.) and he has fabulous footwork. Good question and fair question though. I voted no, but just barely.

Boring, dirty and ugly, never liked watching him. I respect his ability to remain competetive for so long, but I actually despise the ****er for being such a dirty fighter
