        I have bad lower left side back problems... within the last month after years it has started to slow down.. but using kettle balls scare after reading what you and the other guys have written.

          As long as you talk to someone who has done it before and is willing to show you how to do it then you'll be fine. Make sure to keep you back straight and don't arch it while lifting that's what causes the most problems normally. It'll only effect you if you do consistant training with the kettlebell wrong.
