Hey Does anyone Flip a Tire Bigger than What I did in this video?
And hit it with a sledge Hammer?

This is awesome man, you have any videos of you sparring? What weight are you fighting at? How often do you use the tyre? I hardly ever use it, prefer free weights or Machine weights.

Good training. An overall workout, a "spartan" work out. Rather than using only conventional workout methods you are introducing different workouts which will attack your body as a whole and from different "angles". I'm a definite advocate of the sledgehammer and truck tire. Have you ever tried the kettlebell? Look into it, it is the ideal training tool for a fighter. builds both lean muscle as well as your cardiovascular system simultaneously. Stay up.

        some kettlebell workouts:

Kettlebells are awesome. You should invest your time into one. Helps rotation and back muscle (not that i'm suggesting you need any) but work your body as a whole.

Make sure you know what you're doing if using a kettleball though. Bad technique with one will **** you body up.

Yea, I have back problems so I have to be really careful when using the kettlebell. It can screw your back up and your posture. Some people get stretch marks the entire way across there lower back. Really helps improve power though, after 1-2 months you can feel the difference in the power you can generate.
