U.S. President John (Iceman) Scully has passed down an executive order hereby disbanding all sanctioning bodies registered within the sport of professional boxing. At this time he and his committee are enlisting the help of all Boxing Scene board members (i.e. the Executive Staff i.e. The Ice Cabinet 
All belts and champions will hereby,from this day forth, be known as -and will remain the property of- the BSC (Boxing Scene Committee, as in "The new BSC welterweight champion of the world....!!)
Now, it is your job to find the top two contenders in each weight class and pair them up for OUR championship fight. One world, one champion. Period. At welterweight, for example, I am thinking that we have no choice but to pit Antonio Margarito against Paul Williams for the title of BSC World Champion, i.e. the most deserved two guys at 147 to vie for such preeminence. (It's up to you guys...I am just giving an executive opinion).
OK, boys, let's hop to it. We are having our super duper shluper card on December 1, 2008 at the MGM in Las Vegas. EVERY weight class will be contested, we WILL crown a world champion in each weight class that night. PPV that night, understandably, will be $99.99. However, for those of you who prove to be an integral part in deciding the contestants, I have some free passes for you. And buffet tickets, too. (Airfare is on you, though, sorry)
