Pac-Man is on another level and Barrera couldn't hang with the speed

He can still win fights, however, I don't really see the point in fighting on 5 more years unless he's broke

If anything Barrera is banking on his age, seeing how RJJ, Bernard, etc are fighting well past their primes with success, he's only 34...but with the ring wars he's had, I'd say he's older

And I don't know why everyone is tripping about it being a 5 year deal. That doesn't mean MAB is gonna fight for 5 more years. It only means that MAB will be with King for the remainder of his career, whether that is 1 fight or 20 fights. The "5 year" number is irrelevant.

Good point - I'm not sure anyone could stand being with King for 5 years lol Still, I agree with the thinking that Barrera should be promoting himself. If you leave a promoter at this stage of your career it might as well be to earn all there is to be earned. The only benefit in this deal to Barrera I can see is that his vocabulary is gonna increase with ****** f***ing words that don't exist (such as 'fectaculosity') and confusing sentances such as:

anybody rip him off.

Pretty surprising, I would never have predicted this development. MAB is one of my favourite guys, I would rather see him just retire at this point though. He has absolutely nothing left to prove and his legacy is secure, he should just take some time and have a long rest.

Is he broke like Jose Luis Castillo, I can't find any other reason for him to be fighting at this point.
