      Ring belt in my book.

You have to look at it in Tarvers perspective though, Tarver filed bankruptcy is 35 or 36 years old. He isnt getting any younger and he said numerous times he is just looking for the big money fights thats it. A Glen Johnson fight would bring some cash to the table because of what both have done and that seems the most logical as well.

Tarver wants/needs money, he is going to fight for it and he can get a good payday against Glen. However if he sits out and decides to take his mandatory BIG MISTAKE, as Glen may take another fight and lose and their goes Tarver's decent paycheck once again. (likely scenario since antonio likes to price him out) but I hope not.

Briggs is a dangerous boxer! I´ve never been impressed by Tarver before the first Jones fight, and there is still enough to prove for him. Personally I don´t mind if he fights Johnson or Briggs first. He´ll be the favorite in these fights, but there´s a pretty good chance for him to lose though.

I seen Antonio fight when he was coming up, he has always impressed me and I would carry him as a favorite as well but if Glen backs Tarver up into the ropes like he did with Jones then we might have a new light heavyweight kingpin, but unlike Jones Tarver doesnt rely on reflexes and Tarver can take a shot and we all know glen isnt that hard of a puncher (or so we think)....

I think it will be a long hard night for either man and wont be surprised either way.

I agree with that opinion ! - A fight I would love to see is Tarver vs. Jirov, but what would be the incentive for Tarver ? Unfortunately, Jirov isn´t a big player at Heavyweight, and at Cruiserweight Tarver wouldn´t make more money than he is doing now, but the risk of getting beaten would be much higher.

That would be a pretty decent fight, but Jirov might put to much pressure onto Tarver, if it is one thing Tarver hasnt faced yet and that is aggression noone has bumrushed him like Glen did to Roy. Tarver might actually fold we dont know yet, their are still questions out their...Seeing about 4 of his fights live he wasnt ever attacked and was the slow aggressor and the same went for his fights w/ Roy and Harding...

Jirov made his statement at Heavyweight and that was he could Hit like a heavyweight and **** w/ the current crop of them....Although he is incredibly small for one.

Wayne Brathwaite owns Cruiserweight, Tarver would get stopped in that fight their is no question about that in my mind...I would heavily favor mormeck against Tarver as well possibly....Tarver is in the comfort zone at 175, but still it is to hard to tell. Tarver needs to fight an aggressor and we may get that w/ glen who knows.....

Thats a toss up, either way it is going to be one hell of a night in both sides of the corner.

Glen and Tarver is actually the only upcoming fight, I am excited about and got butterflies from.

It will answer most questions about both men and will put some spotlight into light heavy possibly.

I agree about Briggs, which is probably why Tarver will take the Johnson fight. Why risk losing it all now over a fighter that won't give him the gate that Johnson would? He's already weeping about the dollars he lost by losing out on a rematch with RJJ. Johnson is the next best prospect for a big payday before he packs it all in.

I thought that unification took precedence over mandetories.

he shouldnt' have to fight briggs. who is briggs! tarver needs big fights!! he alreayd has wasted time by waiting so long to get a fight. he needs to fight johnson and the winner should fight calzaghe or hopkins!! that's if hopkins has the balls to move up!!

can't believe there giving 2.2 mill to fight briggs, tarver needs to go for the biggest money right now. he only has a few fights left.
