If pacman grew up in our system he wouldnt even be the same fighter, so it doesnt even matter.

Besides, the point you're trying to address, isn't even there.

The point is, there aren't many or ever will be many Blacks or american fighters dominating the lower divisions.

Hence, the reason why Manny Pacquiao hasn't fought any.
Ok this is reasonable. I understand what you are saying.

these were the top guys at 122-130 at the same time manny was in those divisions.

only the last 2 were black and manny fought one of them.

Zab Judah is black. It's not relevant, I'm just saying.

so basically what you are saying is that Manny ducked Smoke Gainer?

Neither would floyd if he hadnt grown up the way he did. Floyd dominates through technical skill and ring generalship that can only be gained through experience and coaching. Take the fundamentals away from him and throw him in a pro ring at 16 you dont think he'd have early losses or be anywhere near what he actually is??

Meanwhile if Pacquiao had a former world champ as a uncle roger to show him how to use his blend of speed and power properly while adding defense since age 5 you dont think he'd be tenthfold more dominating than what he is today??
