I can see Julio landing some good right hands, but not sure how the fight will end. I would give Julio a good shot. He has power. Anyone with power has a chance, and Julio is pretty fast.

I hope you put your money where your mouth is (its not like the two will ever fight anyways) because for you to act like tis a 50-50 fight makes me laugh.

Sure an upset is always possible, especially when you have some punching power like Julio does. Having said that PWill would go into this one a big big favourite.

I guess Julio has a puncher's chance, but I'd bet on Williams probably by KO. Julio is a poor man's Jermain Taylor. He's very one dimensional and relies heavily on that looping right hand. I don't deny Julio's talent, and I think he has a decent future at light middle, but right now I don't see him beating any of the top contendors at welter, including Cintron.
