At 147 where would you rank Oscar all time? I thought some of his best fights were at that weight against Pernell, Quartey, Trinidad.

Not very high at all. Oscar was not a dominant champion. Whitaker was past his prime and best weight. That fight as well as the Quartey fight were questionable wins for Oscar. He lost to Trinidad and the last 4 rounds were not in any way comparable to a great weltweight in the way Oscar just fought to survive.

Welter is probably the most stacked division in boxing history. Oscar to me is the best welter of recent times the only fight he lost to me was Mosley 1 (i think he beat Tito) so he is top 20 top 15 maybe but that is a hard list to really crack.
