No, that's not how the "no excuses" thing works.

If I pick Guzman to beat Campbell, and I say "no excuses, if Campbell wins then he is the better fighter" then that's fine.

But you can't just pick any fight and then tell people that no matter what happens, there can't be any excuses for the defeat.

Sometimes people will come out with BS after a fight, but in this instance, people are saying beforehand that Manny is at a disadvantage. Manny is rated P4P #1, but most people are predicting that he will lose to someone who is not rated in the top #10.

That fact alone shows that people are making fight predictions based upon the size difference, not based upon ability.
