The Hopkins that beat Tarver was not the same Hopkins that beat Trinidad, again, he'd lost something, but gained something too.

Exactly the same thing with Joe.
It's crazy just how similar Joe and Hopkins' careers are isn't it?

Very. Its quite spooky. I wish they would have fought sooner. Hopkins should have ****ed MW off and been a SMW, that would have been class.

Physical Calzaghe beats Brain Calzaghe 1 on 1.

Physical Calzaghe vs Kessler would have been a lot tougher while Brain Calzaghe beat him by out boxing him.

Physical Calzaghe style would be better suited against Hopkins because Calzaghe didn't use his Brain at all in that fight so it's regardless anyway, he just tried to out work him.

Prime Calzaghe is somewhere in between, I'd say when he developed his piston like jab against Lacy he was in his prime. He lost a bit of power by then but his boxing skills became better.

          Anywhere between 2003-2006.
