Well...I'm a Zaggs fan, but don't rank him at #1 P4P...Incidentally, I still lean towards JMM at #1 P4P. Loss to Manny or not (and even that is disputed by many, if not most), he's shown to be amazingly complete as a fighter. I can't think of anyone else fighting today that is as skilled technically, and has shown heart and courage at his level.

I also rank Marquez above Pacquiao. Ive yet to see Pacquiao beat the guy, so why should he be above him? For beating David Diaz?

If it is the latter then you should realise that there is nothing outlandish or unreasonable about saying Calzaghe is the P4P #1. That hypothetical honour is based not on facts, but on the opinion of boxing observers as to how strong the case for saying a fighter is the best in the world is. Right now Calzaghe is widely seen as the P4P # 2, which means most agree he has the second strongest case. That being so it is not surprising that some feel that in fact his case is the strongest, in fact it is only to be expected.

To constantly criticise those who have this opinion as idiots and liars is little more than silly, and requires that you completely overlook the facts about Calzaghe's career in favour of a position that basically states: "The undefeated, 10 year champion who currently holds Ring belts in two divisions, is garbage". If that really is your opinion, then fine, you are entitled to it, but realise that it is a minority opinion with which few who seriously follow boxing would agree. They might agree with you that, in fact, Calzaghe is not the P4P #1, but few will agree with you the idea is ludicrous. That being so, please stop insulting everyone who does not agree with you and learn to respect the opinions of others.

Really? I think Calzaghe is a better skilled boxer than Pacquiao, but Pacman has been through Barrera, Marquez, Morales and laid some ass whoopings along the way. He's also won titles in five weight classes. Personally I don't think that him losing to a boxer who naturally weighs 25lbs more than he does is enough to elevate Calzaghe to P4P #1 at the moment, and the Jones fight won't change anything because Jones hasn't beaten a live opponent in years.

Marquez can be 1 or 2 if he beats Casa.(Casa being ranked higher then Diaz)
Joe or Manny cant go any higher from victory. But Joe can go lower if he loses.
