Versus comes back to live boxing Sept. 25

I'd like to see Versus do something different for Season 4 of the contender.

ya know it would be more enjoying as a show if they could try and stay away from the Slow mo and editing of fights, as the slow mo is just too funny to really take serious.

Nice it seems like Versus is looking to have decent fights and fighters on their shows now. P. Williams and Arreola are two guys that throw quite a few punches and exciting so it should be a good card. Hopefully Versus keeps doing these kind of fights and does anybody know when the new Contender starts.

I'd like to see 10 rounds insted of 5. All those fighters are top crusierweights and could go 10. I'd like to see all of the fights too, not just highlights.

I thought Arreola was supposed to be fighting Tua next. Looks like he has a bout scheduled in November as well, no opponent listed yet.

is the roster for season 4 out yet? just wondering. All I know about Contender season 4 is the Division: cruiser Channel:Versus and Location: Singapore apparently

After airing for one season on NBC followed by two seasons on ESPN, "The Contender" will make its fourth-season debut on Versus in December with the first of 11 one-hour episodes followed by a two-hour season finale to crown the tournament winner.

That is cool, i have been trying to find out Versus plans on boxing for a little while. It is good to see they are still in the game. I believe they have a higher per show budget then shobox, and they got nowhere near that quality from Arum (for the most part).

I thought Versus geting the Hatton fight was just a fluke. But they have really steped thier game up.

This card could be HBO After Dark easy.
