Yea I understand that, I just think Witter was underprepared. He was looking past his opponent and looking toward a future Hatton match. Witter didn't even do anything in the fight he barely threw at all.

the is a very good reason Witter did not try to lead to Bradley or fight him as you call it and if you have seen Witter before you will know he is at his best when he the other man is leading to him and he able to counter punch

Bradley fought a smart fight and he did not lead to Witter he stayed patient instead of rushing in and getting caught with big counters the way Harris did and he bamboozled Witter completely using this tactic

im not saying he is the best 140 pounder out there or anything but he looks a decent fighter to me and he got his tactics spot on against Witter and that is why Witter lost nothing to do with being under prepared etc and you will see the same result if they have rematch IMO

Yeah Hatton is still the man at 140 lbs. I don't see anyone else there who can beat him.

LOL dude I dont care what the commentators said about him, obviously they were wrong, as he just beat the number 1 contender in the division, in his opponents home court, in his first fight against an elite opponent.
And no it makes no sense. Bradley had deceptive power and skills that Witter didnt see on tape and didnt expect in the ring. Sometimes prospects just rise to the occasion and are better than they were before.
But Bradley is a good fighter, period.

i agree Bradley is also a lot lot quicker than Witter and he has better technique and that is why in the last round Witter was getting hit when he tried to go for it and exchange with Bradley because Bradley punches straighter and faster where as Witter is slower and punches wide

He hasn't been beaten at 140 yet, he looks like he's starting to lose a step or two but until he gets beat, he's the best there IMO.

Even if he is not the best, and for sure someday he won't be, he is still THE champ until somone beats him, or he starts fighting nobodies
