The only two fights that makes sense, is either DLH vs Williams or DLH vs Margarito. Winky is a boring fighter and Pacquiao is too small. I think Margarito deserves it over Williams cuz he beat Cotto. Yeah, Williams beat Margarito in a close fight, but than loss to Quintana whom Cotto beat.
