Penalosa won against De Leon. De Leon fired so many shots but only few find its marks and ineffectived. Penalosa fired few but accurate. In other word, Penalosa was robbed!

That fight was pretty boring overall. I just remember wanting to cut off the dumb tail off that was on the back of DeLeon's head in that one.
DeLeon looked sloppy as hell, and Penalosa just didn't seem to do enough.
It was neither's finest hour, that's for sure.

Rapid shots but not landed on its marks does't mean winning the game. Remember that Penalosa is one if not the best defensive fighter in boxing with a hammer punch! That's skill!
