he has been hit and has took it pretty damn well... he hasnt fought top guys but I wouldn't call them all bums... maybe he is good enough that he has made most of these guys look like bums...

such as Munoz who was 20-1 before fighting him and was supposedly gonna upset him, got KOd in the 3rd... then in the latest fight Angel Hernandez (2 time title challenger vs. Ouma and Winky) was like 26-5 ... he got dropped in the 1st and Vanes went on to dominate him over 10 rounds with a very hurt left hand.

im just sayin give some credit where its due... solid prospects, especially young 22 year olds have too much invested in them to be rushed... not everyone is Tyson bro to go out there and tear opponents apart.

Vanes is goin at a very steady rate with gradual step-up in his opponents... Top Rank is doin a great job, and I assure you with one or two fights he will step into the spotlight soon enough just like they did with Pavlik and many others.

time is key my friend.. if you know boxing inside and out with its business side too, then you will understand why prospects are moved at the pace they are.

They should make it at the home depot center in carson. That is an awesome venue.

An hour and a half from Ventura to Anaheim sounds very optimistic my friend. You'd have to have ideal traffic to do that, and how often is So Cal traffic ideal?

like i said it was scheduled for Dodger Stadium originally, but I think indoor venue is smart considering November rain possibility.

Honda Center so far has been my favorite boxing venue compared to anywhere else ive gone, not a bad seat in the house... although I was on the floor lol
