Valuev because of the sheer size.

Haye because of his niftiness and punch. And his talk. Who knows if Haye is able to get under Wlad's skin? That could work for Haye if he could do that (Ali-Foreman pre-fight style). I just hope Haye takes a couple of lesser HW fights before going in with Wlad. The fight has the potential to be HUGE.
I agree, Valuev would be troublesome as he would be something Wlad hasn't encountered before. Haye has a chance early with his speed and power, But needs to improve his defense else he will be put to sleep. A few right hands and left hooks off Wlad and it's over.

The same could be said the other way, Except Wlad will be able to catch Haye easier than Haye wil catch Wlad IMO.

I've only seen him fight a couple times myself so I don't have much of an opinion. He was exciting to watch though, which can't be said about 99% of the current heavyweights.

If Haye could get under Wlad's skin. Make him mad so that Wlad goes in to the fight trying to KO the limey loudmouth ('Limey Loudmouth' great AKA for Haye BTW) Haye might have a better chance of landing something big early.

If Wlad boxes cautiously behind the pole of a left jab for the first half there's just no way I can see Haye winning.

Like someone said above...puncher's chance, nothing more, not right now. I think that if Haye made some dramatic changes in his style and approach he's have a good chance of making a competetive fight of it, but even then I'd have serious reservations about putting down even a buck...I don't like to throw money away, even a penny.

He's just too big, too skilled, and overall too good right now. Quite truthfully, I'd have a hard time thinking of more than just a couple of heavyweights from years gone by that I'd give something other than a passing chance. The combination of his athletic abilities, boxing skill, power and size would make him extremely formidable no matter what year he were born.

yeah it's really bad. I can't even remember the last time I was really excited for a HW fight. Tony vs Rahman? lol, **** it's bad. I was so embarrassed when I invited friends to watch Klitschko vs Ibragimov. Some of them weren't boxing fans either so that basically convinced them boxing is the worst sport to watch on the planet.

                      "Limey Loudmouth"

Yeah if (that's a big if imo) Haye can annoy Wlad into going all out early for a KO he may land something. Problem is, he could get caught with something as well..

                      However it's his best chance,

If Wlad fights (Like you said) using his jab well for the first half of the fight Haye doesn't really stand a chance.
