like someone else said, boycott the ppvs. until promoters start losing money on ppv they will keep using it. you got to hurt their pockets. they lose money they will look elsewhere (like network tv).

contact espn and tell them you want more boxing coverage. do it as often as possible.

Boycotting PPV is a good idea, it would have to been done on a large scale tho not just 70 guys from boxing scene u know.
If what i hear about Khan headlining PPV is true then there is the point where enough is enough i will NOT be paying for that

That's totally true, the problem is that fighters stand to lose money on that too. It's true that 70 from this place aren't going to mean **** in a PPV boycott but 70 people who work their respective social networks could theoretically spread that boycott like wildfire. The point is strength in numbers.

I think a good idea would be to scrap the Olympic Scoring system, Seriously some of my friends who don't like boxing have been put off by watching the Olympic Boxing!!

But the main thing is we need the big fights to happen, We all talk about Mayweather-Cotto, Calzaghe-Pavlik, Haye-Klitschko. We need the promoters to make it happen!

Actually, In a way Warren has done good. By putting Khan on ITV Primetime here he got Boxing some exposure, Although he is a **** at least he got some new fans.

The olympics scoring system was atrocious and everyone was pissed about it. Everyone. As far as the goal of all this, I'm doing what I can to find out how to create a group and this way the few of us who already are down with doing something can try and vote other like minded people in while we brainstorm different topics and how to take action. I'll keep those who've contributed positive ideas posted. I suppose the ideal situation is to create enough noise that promoters do what's right for the sport and not for their pocket books. We gotta figure out where we can a) hit them where it hurts to get them to bend and do what we want or b) figure out a way that benefits both them and the sport simultaneously.

But what he does is feed his fighters old weak guys and after a while the public turn on them like what happened to Audley and now Khan, Now the prick seems to be off to Sky with Amir - PPV at that!

Another idea, and this is huge, probably more for the future tho than anything soon - Bring back boxing in schools
