Wait ... Weren't we like one of the first countries to start boxing in the first place? Didn't we introduce it to the rest of the world? Didn't we make the rules?

I'm no patriotic **** but if that's not influence i don't know what is.

And I also heard you're the great grandson of the Marquis of Queensbury.
You are right in that Great Britain established the rules of modern pugilism.

So you're asking who has the greatest influence on boxing, the nation who invented the sport (Marquess of Queensberry) and the sport which preceded it (London Prize Ring) or n archipelago which, at the time, was a Spanish colony?

And then I check the voting results and some anglophobe idiots have voted for the latter. Maybe they didn't understand the question.

Who had the greater influence on the telephone, Alexander Graham Bell or Steve Jobs?

nah, out of the two countries who has more influence on boxing? puerto rico or Britain.

Im not asking what country influences boxing the most with only two possible answers "Britain or Puerto Rico" thats just dumb

Out of the two countries who plays a bigger part, what country would be least missed.. what country out of the two plays a bigger role in boxing
