    That's just my opinion

Who told you that Kessler has never been hit by a Pavlik like shot? Is that an opinion too?

then what happen calzaghe gave him a boxing master class everything calzaghe did was perfect that night expect one minor glich HE SHOULD OF KNOCKED HIM THE **** OUT - all the shots he landed flush he should of finished him and that is the one disappointment

kessler deserved respect as he hurt calzaghe with alot of good shot selections, he his huge for the weight very well built strong and takes a good shot, he fought the fight of his life without any sparing so taking that into account you have to respect his performance also i think he was very nervious and taken back about 50,000 people screaming for calzaghe to spark him out but he has learnt more from that fight from any other fight and he will be a huge force in the super middle weight division i just hope froch eventually goes against him as froch will get sparked the **** out overhyped ****!!!!!
Yawn. More ignorance from a Calzaghe Boxing fan. What a shock. Just cause a bunch of idiots were high on Lacy does not mean he's suddenly great.

Perhaps when he travelled the globe to face Anthony Mundine in front of 20K hostile aussies?

Or when he fought JoeC in his backyard with a broken hand in front of 50K hostile sheep****ers?

Or perhaps oct. 25 when he travels to Düsseldorf facing Danilo Haussler in front of 10K hostile germans?

When was the last time Pavlik fought in front of a hostile crowd in unfamiliar surroundings?

the Joe Calzaghe fight is the ONLY fight Kessler was in over his head....Mundine and the german kid was beat with skills alone.....the crowds in Australia and Germany couldn't have helped their guy against Kessler, he was just far too skilled for those opponents for the surroundings to matter.....but Joe was a different mountain! When he needed to show True Grit he couldn't!!

Or perhaps in the second half of the Calzaghe fight when Kessler was being outboxed but still continued to throw the kitchen sink at Calzaghe, over and over again despite it not really working. People talk as though Kessler shut down in that fight, but nothing could be further from the truth.

Have you seen the Mundine fight? It was a tough twelve round battle. Mundine caught Kessler with a lot of good shots, but just wasn't good enough to beat the more skilled Dane.

Ermmm.... He hasn't fought in Germany yet......

And it's not crowd alone. It's being away from home, hotels, food, different surroundings and so on.
