The Greatness of Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Floyd Jr. is a great fighter. People are too quick to dismiss him as a coward and for not fighting the best available opponents especially at 140 and up.

Floyd Jr. is one of our era's great fighters unfortunately he is nowhere close to being an all-time great fighter. There are numerous great fighters of which Floyd is one but he is not an all-time great.

It takes more than a good fighter to beat Floyd. It would take a great fighter to beat him. Let's show our appreciation for Floyd's excellent skills and superb talent by naming all the great and all-time great fighters that would've beaten him in their primes and would've taken that 0 from his good but not great record.

Floyd is greater then about 99.9% of people to ever lace up the glove professionally or 1 out of 1000 are better then him. That is pretty ATG to me also he is argueably the best of the last 15 years and an ATG at 130.

It all depends on how you use the term all time great, to me if you are one of the best ever in a class you are an ATG or if your one of the best in the sport for a 10 year period your an ATG.
If it takes a superhuman effort to beat him that is another mark of an ATG.

I don't think all those guy would beat him especially by knocking out Floyd . Those guys could beat him but knocking out Floyd is a very difficult task his style does not allow that.
