It all depends on how you use the term all time great, to me if you are one of the best ever in a class you are an ATG or if your one of the best in the sport for a 10 year period your an ATG.
If it takes a superhuman effort to beat him that is another mark of an ATG.
I like creative haters like the original poster starting to say something most non haters would agree and slowly build his hate argument from there. Only his bad grammar and lack of perception to see only the ones filled with hate will not notice that gave him up.
In reality Floyd is the best I've seen with my own eyes since Jones in his prime. He's pretty ATG if you ask me but you can or cannot agree with this, afteral, boxing is a very subjective sport. If you think boxing is the art of hitting your opponents while avoiding being hit yourself, showing power, excellent punching and movement technique and speed along with the physical traits which make it possible for you to do all that, one must rate Floyd as one of the best modern fighters and i say right up there with Jones. Unfortunately some fans define boxing based on a Rocky movie.

Ike Quartey would've given floyd fits too, the man had great defense, awesome power, granite chin at 147, one of the best jabs in the game. Quartey-Vargas was a very close fight too. Both would beat floyd

that jab would have given floyd problems.

a good jab is the best punch to get at floyd. that boy has some amazing defensive skills and speed. oscar could've beaten him he just kept jabbing.

Ike aint one-handed. His best punch is a jab and the jab is prolly THe most important punch you can throw. Floyd is DEF not an ATG, he deserves to be in the HOF but nothing more. he hasn't proved ****, his 5 division champ **** is a farce. If he cleans out 147 then yes he is an ATG fighter but, he's avoided the biggest threats in every weightclass he's been in.
