        ROFL, the Welsh hate the British. It is a different country lol legally it's an entire country, If Wales isn't a country neither is Ireland, Luexembourg (however you spell it), Puerto Rico etc.

                      Not sure about PR, but Luxembourg is a sovereign nation state, as is the Republic of Ireland.

                      Wales is not a sovereign nation state. It shares a government, monarchy, currency, economy and legal system with the rest of the UK.
