Vic is too ****** to have any remote chance of beating Mijares. He gets hit far too often and vs an elite fighter like Mijares he would get brutally stopped by KO or TKO. Vic would have a punchers chance and that is not good enough when you face someone who is skilled enough to avoid that punch.

Mijares easily outclasses him. It would be an embarrasing 12 rounds for Vic. I was in attendance when he made Arce look like a tune-up. The kid is for real and is, if not pretty damn close, to being a Top 10 P4P fighter.

mijares is the better boxer and should win a UD

however i wouldnt discount vics awkward style and southpaw stance giving mijares problems.....but mijares should win this

Mijares will most likely beat him down for wide UD. I'm a little worried though since Mijares-Navarro was competitve and Navarro was also a southpaw like Darchinyan. Darchinyan's awkward style might cause some problems, but that's very unlikely.

Oh and Dibella, who promotes Mijares, should be smart and put this on the undercard of Taylor-Lacy. Mijares fights in August, so he should be ready for a november fight.
Also don't forget Z Gorres was a skilled boxer and counterpuncher who couldn't do ****. Now Mijares is at a higher level and I'll be honest I think Mijares will win, but you guys are making it sound like Vic is a piece of **** boxer. Look he underestimated Donaire and paid for it, but watch the fights he has REALLY trained and prepared for .........Z Gorres........Kirilov......

Mijares has a good work rate and even better accuracy, He is technically very good and fast. I say UD

Mijares is 5'6 to Gorres' 5'4. Not to mention Gorres has major stamina issues. Darchinyan is a piece of **** against a great boxer like Donaire and Mijares. Z Gorres is good, but he comes up short.

If anyone didn't train for the Kirilov fight...it was kirilov. It looked like he had no idea how to fight against a southpaw. Though Vic did improve in that fight. He looked good.

                    mijares should easily take this
still darchinyan is one of the most dangerous fighters out there yet he lacks the timing and basic tecnique needed to defeat mijares

Mijares has excellent natural reflexes. I can't imagine Darchinyan being able to catch him with a full-power, direct punch.
