my thought is-

roy can't do what he used to do. and i honestly think there are guys out there like pavlik and ever kessler who would be terrifying for roy to face. i think he could be knocked out again by more than just a couple guys out there.

but he did win some key comeback fights- and he has landed himself the BEST big fight he could ask for.

joe is not going to be able to hurt roy with any one shot or combination- mark my words. joe putting pressure on roy is going to get him clocked at least a few times- and thats what this is going to come down to.

both are quick, roy may have more power but lord knows joe has the chin of the two. this is a great fight- and it's roys best chance to win a megafight for the first time in a long time. it's his last chance short of a rematch with bhop (which if anyone ACTUALLY even wants to see at this point is another issue entirely) to win something really significant.

ive always felt roys chances with beating joe are better than bhops.

anyway you cut it- this is a good fight. a great match of styles with a lot of questions to be answered.
