I must admit, Until the last couple I always would search the net to see if there were any Rumors about the prince coming back. I know hes not in the same shape but I miss his in ring personality. Back to the topic I think its a toss up. Either guy could end the fight with a clean shot. Its a shame Nas quit conisdering how HBO was willing to market him. Who remembers his skits with Chris Rock? At that time Rock had his show on HBO. I thought to myself wow, HBO wants this guy to be a star in the states. O well.

Pacman wouldnt do that and he doesnt know how to do that, He would come forward and throw fast quick combo and thats when Naz would caught him with one of his power awkward difficult shot from an awkward angle.

If JMM had any power he would have beaten Pacman in both their fights but he doesnt.

Good points. The thing was that Barrera said he was going to do something completely different than what he did. That was key to me because it seemed like he threw Nas off. Leading up to the fight he made it seem like he was going in to check Nas's chin. He had me sold and I think Nas was sold too. When he showed up with that cautious style it threw everybody off.

great post my thoughts down to a tee

also Barrera would get his shots off and get back onto the jab never did he try to sustain an attack because he knew Hamed could of easily knocked him out

morales and barrera are more natural 122 at most 126 guys.

            marquez is a 126 guy.

larios was a natural 122 guy.

solis and velasquez are fighting at 126 now.

do you honestly think any of those guys hit harder than hamed?

styles makes fights. manny at 126 was one dimensional.

pacquiao beat barrera + barrera beat hamed does NOT = pacquiao beats hamed.

pacquiao wouldn't have fought the way marco did even if he could have.

nedal hussein at 122 almost turned the lights out on pac with one punch...... naseem hamed a naturally bigger fighter with a lot more pop can easily ko him.

the guy got ktfo by some nobody. yes he was young but that just proves his chin is not indestructible.
            Hatton hits harder than Hamed.

            Do the math.

            Styles makes fights? Lols.

Yeah... so says the idiot critics in the 1st Barrera fight, so says again in the 2nd Morales fight.

And again in the JMM rematch.

You'd be a fool to fall for that excuse.

Dont forget... Pac is a natural Fly who went up and up.

            Another excuse shoved back dude.

            Let's make this simple.

Hamed once he stepped up in competition to fight top elites... he gets smacked.

Pacquiao... on the other hand... he beats them up one by one on his way to ATG status.

            Do the math dude.

            Oh!

Weren't you the guy who said Pacquiao is the most unskilled boxer at the top level? Lols.

            No wonder.

            And lastly...

Could have, would have, but didn't.

Let's just stick to what is obvious.

Hamed is a good fighter... but never in the same league as Pacquiao.

Good post i agree with that
And thats exactly what knocked Naz off his game..
Naz shown up for that fight expecting a toe to toe battle
and Barrera just switched styles and gave him a boxing lesson
I miss Naz that little man could ****..
Him against Pac i would say would be a war like the kevin kelly fight
with Naz ending matters by a dramatic KO...

you make no sense. you just wrote a long reply to my post without actually replying to it. you and your jibberish.

what does hatton have to do with this thread? hatton hitting harder than hamed? has manny even fought him yet?

styles do make fights. hamed's style would give manny problems.

what does manny moving up from flyweight have to do with what you stated that manny has fought much bigger opposition than hamed? manny has only fought 1 guy who's not a natural featherweight like naseem and it was barely 2 months ago!

every time hamed steps up he gets smacked? he only lost ONCE. what are you talking about?

i was talking about boxing skills. manny has improved but you can't say his boxing skills are on par with marco , erik or even juan manuel. manny has awesome physical skills NOT boxing skills. top level at feather is guys like salvador sanchez. manny's boxing skills is not on par with those guys it's his physical attributes like speed and power that makes manny great.

hamed is not in the same league as pacquiao that's obvious resume and legacy-wise but that doesn't mean he wouldn't be able to beat him. lots of greats have lost to guys that's not on the same level.
