I think this is a toss up, both of them have the ability to beat each other, Hamed with his awkwardness, angles, power and quickness would give Pacquiao problems, Pacquiao's quickness, power and angles would give Hamed problems so it's a toss up IMO.

Hamed is open yes but mainly when he comes foward he is much better when he is backing up and counter punchinhg and he has huge power
