well look what happened when he came over to america for the first time. he put on one of the ****tiest performances in boxing history. feminine slaps, gay sex attempts and he couldn't land a damn punch. looks like america was right not to want him.

Your sig says more than many words... Basically Calzaghe's career's explained in that funny cartoon.
well to be fair, not all of it. we must give him some credit for beating lacy and kessler although none of those guys were elite really, still they were young (undefeated too but we all know how that works nowadays). what makes me not very found of calzaghe is the fact he, while young and fresh, never mixed it up with the elite of his division and kept defending a tittle against lesser opponents, like that's gonna prove anything, Dave Batista has like 34234 defenses of the WWE tittle see? there is no excuse for it, none. if the champion didn't want to fight him, why not fight a contender then? and then the champion, like everyone else. i don't care if he beats jones, hopkins and ali, he's still a tipical euro fighter trying a trick.

Rushing in with your head lowered in a straight line and throwing arm flurries to the arms, shoulders, back, and back of the head = true boxing.

Im failing to see who Calzaghe ducked in his division?? Ottke ducked him..

Find me an interview of Jones, Toney, Hopkins or anyone talking about wanting to fight Joe in the 90's. Face it he wasnt on the $$ radar so they didnt wanna know him. Dont act like at any point in his carear Calzaghe went out of his way to duck them, they never mentioned his name to begin with.

Calzaghe can only sit down on about 5 punches a fight.

                    Hardly at his best knobscratch.
