Cotto would get ko'd by Floyd. He can't outbox Floyd nor would his pressure worry Floyd. Margs is not Castillo. Castillo was in front of Floyd for the whole first fight. The rematch, he could not deal with Floyd. Margs is slower than Castillo. Margs has the chin, but Floyd would box him like he did Chico. Margs is more dangerous imo because he is a two fisted fighter. To beat Floyd, you have to be able to throw with both hands. Neither can beat Floyd imo but if I had to pick, Margs no question. Fans love to say styles make fights. To a degree I believe this to be true.

He had tons of experience over Sugar, and that is why he won. I don't think floyd beats Duran, but who knows in a rematch lol. Duran is one of the 5 best fighters I ever saw live or on film.
id pick a prime Duran to beat Floyd he is one of my favourites aswell not to say i dont like Floyd Mayweather though i just feel in his prime Duran would of given Floyd lots of trouble

As long as Floyd fights the way he does, he's pretty much unbeatable by the likes of Cotto and Marg. Too slow, too conventional, too hittable. It'll take someone as fast and as unconventional as himself to do him in. Corley, if he had more heart and was a better finsher, could've beaten him. Judah, if he weren't a ****ing nutcase, had the tools to get the job done too, I believe. Unfortunately (for Floyd) his style matched against fighters like the two you mention is about as exciting as watching paint dry. He'll never be remembered as an exciting fighter, just a fabulously talented, greedy one who didn't give a rat's ass about boxing fans.

i doubt it he is to one dimmensional fast hands decent hitter thats pretty much it he is not very good at adapting and had no defence even in his prime
reflexes pretty much was his defence

Later Floyd would probably take a close decision against Mosely. Early Floyd would probably get caught by Mosely and be KO'd. Mosely is a finisher, if he hurt him, he'd be done.

Margarito.
Though Cotto is nowhere near as hit and run as PBF, Cotto resorted to that in his fight against Margarito as the fight progressed and paid a price. Margarito would do the same against Floyd because you can't run from the guy and Floyd doesn't hit hard.
Cotto-PBF would be an even match, and if Cotto gets momentum back maybe Floyd can come out of retirement and fight him.
