I think Clottey has a legitimate chance agin Margarito if he does everything right.

But my head tells me Margarito wins the fight.

I don't think so. You guys are over looking that when they first fought margarito had only fought 6 rounds in over a year and a half! He was coming off a 7 month lay off since his last fight wich was a 1st round ko victory. People also forget margarito was on an injured ankle in that fight. The "injury" clottey suffered was a bruised knuckle which does not affect you over your wraps and gloves. And the margarito now is alot better than the margarito then! Margarito by stoppage T-97 the bet is confirmed 100k

Yep. The outcome of La Battalia doesn't have anything to do with if Margarito can stop Clottey.



To me the odds for Cotto-Margarito were messed up and based on what was believed but wasn't quite known.

We know Clottey is defensively good and durable.
