Yes it is, and dont try to blame it on the fact that there are no americans, the reality is there is a terrible merry go round going on where a 40 year old toney, an old ruiz and a shot holyfield can still manage and contend for title shots. This is a terrible era, and just because fighters YOU like dominate it, doesnt mean the division is any good, most of these fights are garbage and most of these champions garbage along with it.
