            I am not making excuses for the teams performance. What I am more concerned about is the lack of energy being an unwatched and unloved sport does for the talent pool and motivation of the fighters long term. Also what it does for me as a fan!

              I used to love watching Olympic boxing, but now I wouldn't advise any young person to waste his time until they can score the fight fairly and accurately. Jabs and body shots are the essence of boxing, and when they are not scored then you have unwatchable crap IMO. So what do you do for four years, teach these kids to head-hunt and cover? Knock downs only count as 1 point. Are you kidding me? Garbage!
