by keeping totally out of Hattons way and pot shotting on the outside for 12 rounds. Paulies not that clever though and not hard at all to hit. Once hatton slows him down and he will take punishment and won't be able to keep hatton of him

I dont know so much , Pauli has looked average in his last fight and so did Hatton , if Pauli conditions himself to move for the whole 12 and just boxes cleanly I see Hatton very frustrated by the jab and movement , Pauli is tough too and I cant see him just folding .

Paulie can win by fighting perfectly. If Hatton keeps deteriorating and Paulie comes up big, it will happen. Of course perfection is a lot to expect from anyone.

Paulie has an ego problem and tries going toe to toe. He has fought one decent fighter and got mashed in by a weight drained cotto. remember at 140 cotto did not hit as hard as hatton does.
As for the alst fight, Hatton perfromed far superior to paulie, Paulie was lucky to win. Hatton TOTALLY dominated Lazcano from round one to twelve.
Paulie is not in the top 3 at junior ww, he would be beaten of witter, Bradley and Hatton. He should make the most of his big payday as hatton will imo beat him

You have fair points and you might be 100% right its a fight Im really on the fence with as I dont think a great deal of either fighter but its a good interesting matchup between the two that could go either way , I lean to Pauli but I wouldnt bet on it if you know what I mean .

is this the same night where hatton fought a guy who had not fought for a whole year and a quarter and in all honesty his best years was at lightweight!!! he was also comiing off a loss to harris, harris then got sparked out.

hatton for me won the fight, but he was very sloppy and unimpressive he got hurt more times in that one fight by a blown up lightweight then in any of his wins, there was no head movement, he hit lazcano with everything he had and he could not budge the guy he was ready to be knocked out and hatton could not pull the trigger very unimpressive.... this is against a guy who knew he could not win, hatton also did not close the ring down that well which he normally does really well and he got badly hurt in round 9 or 10, i just cant understand how u can say he won every round and make out it was an impressive performance bit blinkered...

pauli actually broke his hand against n'dou who to be fair his nothing special and pauli had already destoryed him previously in my mind his a better challenge than lazacano... pauli got through the fight with one hand and that is the worry against hatton if the hand goes but its the chance u have to take really.. pauli has a great chin, hatton will not finish him off even if he goes to the body (n'dou is a rough fighter like hatton and when pauli had no hand troubles he destroyed him) pauli will pop the jab and throw combos just spin and move its the easy way to beat a slow hatton who his not motivated for this fight and i am convinced pauli has it in him to pull off an "upset" i just think when he has to he will trade with hatton but will also have the superior work rate as hatton is for me slowing down no head movement trying to walk through shots pauli should be able to pick his shots
