I actually think Lewis would end the fight in a KO over Ali. Ali had a good chin, but that's mostly because he saw everything coming. He got caught once in his early career and was saved by his trainer and the bell from a KO loss. Can't remember the guy he fought, but I don't recall him being a big puncher. I think Lewis would've landed a right hand, badly hurting Ali, and then finishing him off later that round, or the next.
No, Lewis was too cautious against opponents he respected, tending to throw single punches rather than combos i.e Holyfield. Add to that Ali's heart of a lion and chin.
