Williams reach maybe longer but Miguel Cotto wouldn't be afraid to get on the inside, since Williams isn't a big puncher. The only reason Cotto didn't get on the inside with Margarito is because he knew Margarito is a powerful puncher. To beat Williams or Margarito all Cotto has to do is a fight like the one Calderon did to Cazares in Ivan Calderon vs. Hugo Cazares I. He could KO Williams since he has a weak frame in the 147 division and Cotto is a huge body pucher.
