Cotto wins this by UD. Cotto skills would be a lot more effective against Williams because Williams is not a tough inside fighter like Margarito and Williams would get tired of chasing Cotto around like Margarito did. Williams is not a good matchup for Cotto IMO... cotto would box circles around williams

Pretty much. We're talking about an 8 inch height difference, and a 12 inch reach difference. I know that's not everything, but Cotto is going to have to work really hard to get inside and be effective. So yeah Williams by close decision.
