Why are some "Boxing fans" on here trying to prevent a Margarito/Williams II fight?

I don't know if a lot of fans are opposed to a rematch - perhaps not right away? I don't recall anyone saying, "this fight should NEVER happen." I think most people just don't expect it to happen right away (and rightfully so IMO).

As for not getting a payday against Oscar, rest assured Margarito will find the next biggest payday possible. If anyone deserves a break, it's him.

My point is that the rematch WILL occur. Just not when certain people want it. They'll get over it. In the meantime, the real question is, who will Paul Williams fight next? And how come no one else can fight him besides Margarito?

Cotto is the #1 rated guy under Williams's belt now, and personally I would rather see Cotto vs. Williams and Margarito vs. De La Hoya than Margarito vs Williams 2...especially if both of them won. Williams vs. Margarito 2 would be much more fun if they were both coming off of those two huge wins.

but maybe thats just me. if the two fights above cannot be made then forget it, and lets have Margarito Williams 2.

Just personal reasons on why some people are against it, Keep it clean guys, If you're against it just give a reason why.

Nobody here is trying or can even prevent a fight from happening.

However, what is going on, is what you Floyd stans all said about Floyd doing what is best business wise for him. Chasing DLH.

What really chaps your hide is that every single one of you stans repeatedly said,

"oh don't worry about Mayweather, hes just going for the money right now, and then when the time is right, he'll take on the best in the division."

Then, he retired on you guys.

Margarito has already fought the guys Mayweather refused to and it makes Tony look better each and every day that Floyd doesn't fight Tony, Cotto, Paul or Shane.



btw, fyi, as I've said already, the rematch is the first on my list of fights I prefer to see.
