    I met Terry Norris today

Very cool guy talked openly about his career, says that the money that was put on the table for a trinidad fight was a joke by king, that him and chavez had a real life gang feud going on for years nearly coming to blows at severl parties, He didnt really get into it about king cos he said he would be there all day, i was surprised how much he talked! he said he lives a quiet life and doesnt really like to follow boxing. He seemed really bitter that the trinidad or chavez fights never got made, he said his highlight was beating ray at the garden. Also he was huge in person looks more like a crusieweight now than lightmiddle.

Terry had a big paying fight with De La Hoya all locked up after signing with Top Rank. All he had to do was beat journeyman Keith Mullings. Unfortunately Norris was washed up one fight too early and was KO'd by Mullings. His career went quickly downhill after that.

Norris was an excellent offensive fighter in his prime. Very fast hands and sharp punches.
