The ref is not suppose to have instant replay so it is ****ed up that he asked to see it. The ref missed it then and it led to a bad turn of events. I think the ref is kind of right that he did not change his call because of the replay.

That said it was a head butt and the ref ****ed up, but you can not just make up rules as you go. Also this is what you get when fights happean in places that do not have good boxing commisions and inexperianced officials.
