Lou Del Valle has absolutely nothing left.

Tinsley is a decent journeyman though, no doubt about it he comes to fight. Afolabi is in sparring session mode. He's better than he's showing, and I'd like to see a little more from him.

To me that doesn't show much class. It makes me hope that he gets knocked the **** out in his next fight.

Granted, he's totally gone (Del Valle), but its a decent enough win to make this fight interesting enough with a bit of a story line, both guys coming off big wins. Allan Green says that Ola Afolabi gave him the hardest fight of his carreer.

He's got an old-school relaxed style that let's you know this guy has been doing great work in sparring sessions. He looks like he's molded his style in some serious gym wars. I don't know why he decelerated most of the night, he should have tried to make a statement because this is national TV.

Tinsley had nothing. He landed a few punches and Afolabi knew Tinsley couldn't knock him out. Afolabi toyed with him the entire fight. I have no doubts he could have knocked Tinsley out at any moment but was having mercy on him.

a little sloppy but you can obviously see some talent there. Let's hope he takes his shot seriously

That must have been one hell of a four-rounder to be more difficult than the tenth round of the Miranda fight.

I dunno if I'd call beating Del Valle now a big win, but it certainly was the biggest name on his record to date.

To think, this was the second fight for Afolabi since 2005.

Looks like a good fighter, good power, accuracy and head movement. Should have gone for the knockout with his righthand everytime he connected Tinsley would backup or get stunned. He needs to get rid of the showboating touhg and needs to keep punching instead of putting his hands down..

He's listed as 28, though I wonder about that.
