He fought pretty much like i thought he would infact the fight went how i thought it would but i thought Miguel would see the end and win on points.
He has all the skills and the strength to fight inside but he'd get caught more there than fighting off the back foot and thats where his main weakness is, his chin which aint bad but it is his weak point

In the long run it worked he still had significant punching power, wasnt worn out, yet he had a marshmellow head he won the fight.
Margarito didn't "protect his body". margarito put up zero defense. I dare and challenge you to show me the rounds/minutes where TM was effectively defending his ribcage. You are NOT defending your body when you are throwing 120 punches in 180 seconds. While coming forward. Cotto was on his bicycle. And when he stood to exchange, he was strictly headhunting.

All of a sudden, Tony Margarito is Winky Wright? Get that **** outta here.

Tony was using offense as his defense. Cotto didn't invest in the body because there was stiff stuff coming back at him upstairs.

When Pwill lost to Quintana was he considered the best at welterweight cause well he did beat PWill.......Was everybody saying Quintana is the King of ww **** no!!!!!!! I used to like pwill but all these ****** ****ing post about him and Margo are ****ing getting old....Just cause you avange a lost doesnt it make you better than the other person...Its 1-1 finish the ****in rubber match then holla at Margo...Its like shooting Dice in the hood you crap out..Yall roll again....You dont roll dice then burnout after you win once you give the man a chance to get his money back....Thats why **** is settled 2 out 3 in everything that has to do with competition...Pwill is good but not welterweight king....Cause if he was hed be in Margos shoes not in his ear with all that ducking bull****...

I dont think anybody really wants to fight him including Margarito.

The guys height and reach is puzzle to solve. QUintana cracked it with his slick boxing skills finding angles to land where paul didnt expect and then ****ed up in the second fight by trying to start too fast too early with WIlliams KOing him.

Tony had his elbows tucked, cotto later said the openings to the body werent there and Emanuel stated a few times Tonys defence is under rated - he must hav ment to the body coz he ate just about every head punch!

Cotto said it himself in an interview that he didnt have any openings to the body thats why he didnt go there....

He is? what the **** do you know that the rest of us don't? You read one article that says Dibella would put them together and they are suddenly "in the process"?

And how do you know how Cotto will look.

there's a HUGE difference between "coming back" and "bouncing back".
Fernando vargas and Meldrick Taylor "came back"...they never 'bounced back".

                      Are you kidding me?

Granted he threw alot of punches but as soon as he did he would whip back each arm and tuck it into his body.
