Bowe should stay retired for his health if not for anything else im a big fan of Bowe's but i would not like to see him sustain anymore permanent damage

I got some footage of Bowe in the gym about a month ago. He looks like he's below 250...

the man is 40-1 with his only loss coming in the fight with Holy where the guy parachuted in the ring and stopped the action and gave Holy some time to regroup himself. My thoughts are if Bowe stays focused and doesn't fight The Foul Pole Golata he might have been champ rather then Lewis......He stays in shape with the way the HW are right now who knows he might be champ...Lefty

i would soonner watch Rid**** Bowe than Lennox Lewis allthough many people may think Lewis was the better fighter it makes no difference to me i enjoyed watching Bowe fight i did not enjoy watching Lewis fight unless there was a devestating KO at the end of the fight

Bowe came with one intention to beat u up knock u the **** out just like Terry Norris and Holyfield but all 3 did it skillfully

I know it wouldn't have suited his chances of becoming an ATG, but did prime Rid**** Bowe have the feet to be fleet footed at an all-you-can-eat buffet?

Well if you watch the second Evander Holyfield - Rid**** Bowe title fight you will see Bowe in the corner up on his toes doing a bit of dancing , of course the camera is far away and there is the tale of the tape writing covering the screen so its hard to make out how good he is at it .

So, yes, he would have the feet to be fleet footed, especially at an all-you-can-eat-buffet. In fact in my footage, a past prime Bowe was actually dancing around the ring when he was sparring some guy.

The sad thing about it is, the man was punch-drunk 10 years ago. Seems like wants to jump face first into ******ation.
